english /How can I use hbo+ provider account?

Hello! Today, they came to install the router for internet (I bought the package for 2 years, without television). I would like to know if I have access to use HBO+ as well, or is that only if I had bought the option with television. I tried using the username and password from the mail I received(moja1 account) , but when I enter it in the HBO+ app, it says they are not correct. I cannot enter to mya1 neither.
