Unfortunately, I cannot access my A1 account in the Moj A1 app to manage my account and use other mobile plans. Even though I enter my biometric data or login and password, they simply tell me: “Your session has expired.”
There is a problem with authentication. Please log in using your username and password."
I'm writing here because I couldn't find a solution on my own and the app doesn't provide me with information on how to fix it.
