Can't reach homebox from outside

Hello,
we could reach our homebox from outside via vpn, but that does not work anymore since about two weeks. What could be the reason? We know that the internet connection of the box is ok, everything works from inside, only the vpn connection not. Does VIP block incoming traffic?
Please help!

Your homebox has private WAN IP address (it sits behind a carrier-grade NAT). Contact customer service and request a public WAN IP.
